CPSE-FREE	Clusterpoint DBMS Free Community License For use on a single hardware server or a single virtual machine. Requires your organization or customer to publish a Clusterpoint Reference Link on your Web site. Unlike some of our competitors in the legacy database world, we do not make life complicated with hardware-related or application related licensing restrictions: you can run unlimited number of documents, users, database storages, rights to use on multiple CPUs, no RAM limits, and no limits for amount of data. If your hardware capacity delivers performance, there are no other licensing limits for software use apart of number of cluster servers in Clusterpoint setup. Clusterpoint DBMS Free Community License gives you rights to use the software on a single server or a single virtual machine. There are only two restrictions for our Free Community License : 1) Under this license you can not use Clusterpoint DBMS software cluster functionality: running distributed (striped) database cluster configuration, mirroring the database into multiple working copies on different cluster servers, and setting up and running mirrored clusters. 2) Under this freeware license you can not legally use Clusterpoint DBMS server software on more than a single hardware or virtual machine per organization or per project, unless each project has its own Web site (with its own domain name) and with its own published Clusterpoint Reference Link. Please note, that Clusterpoint DBMS Free Community License can not be re-sold or re-packaged into an OEM product or an integrated solution delivered to your customer unless your customer register for the same Clusterpoint DBMS Free Community License terms use. Please note that all Clusterpoint DBMS software installation packages comes with the same unlimited database and search engine feature set. We do not limit software functionality or features in software code among different types of licenses. However, certain types of enterprise customer features are sold as separate products, please see below. CPSE-02	Clusterpoint DBMS Cluster License for 2 servers Under this license you can use Clusterpoint DBMS all cluster functionalities between 2 servers, either a database striping (distribution in parts) among 2 cluster nodes or a full database mirroring among 2 cluster hardware nodes providing automatic database backup security, automatic fail-over, scalable performance and load sharing through operating multiple fully mirrored 2 copies of the same database, and providing automatic or manual synchronization of all database updates within a two-node cluster. This license (and all next Cluster Licenses) can be resold (re-packaged into integrated solutions for your customer). The license does not include free one-year technical support under the terms of Premium Technical Support: Bronze Package, for 12 months (product ID code: PREM-BRONZE). The license also does not include Clusterpoint DBMS Software Maintenance, Annual Subscription for the first 12 months (product ID code: CPSE-MAINT). Those two services are our minimum recommended technical support services. Provides cost-efficient volume licensing for customers and attractive services cost. This type of license should be renewed annually. The license includes our free technical support services under the terms of Premium Technical Support: Silver Package, for 12 months since the license registration, provided for free up to 10 servers (product ID code: PREM-SILVER). The license price shown also includes Clusterpoint DBMS Software Maintenance, Annual Subscription (product ID code: CPSE-MAINT) for unlimited number of installed servers site-wide. CPSE-JOUR	Clusterpoint DBMS Transaction Journaling System License For customers requiring mission-critical enterprise class database transaction journaling functionality with incrementally built full transaction log, enabling to quickly recover from hardware-related or other system failures in application specific controlled way. Please note that any Clusterpoint Server even without transaction journaling system supports basic ACID principles for internal database update transaction integrity control and can recover automatically from any catastrophic server failure by restoring and indexing all the RAM processed latest transactions automatically, if they were committed from customer application point of view (written to disk). However, this default built-in mechanism works only on few last transactions "tail" and does not provide customizable and incremental control for all database XML update transactions since certain time point back in past. Clusterpoint DBMS Transaction Journaling System software provides this customizable facility usually required by enterprise customers. It differs from Clusterpoint DBMS Transaction Journaling System: it preserves all previous XML document versions in the document repository for instant access, and enables to backup / restore them together with actual versions, and provide search within. Product Order Form

Your can order Clusterpoint software products and services from Clusterpoint by filling in Product Order Form (.DOC or .RTF) and send it to us by email to Clusterpoint Customer Support Email.

Your will receive confirmation of your order from us by email. We will confirm your order by email with unique Order Reference Number. Please use this number as the reference number in your payment documents and licensing documents and communications with us over email or fax. We will also negotiate with you and instruct you about the best payment options.

Payment Instructions

You can pay by card sending us your credit card details or just make an order and pay us later using wire transfer. In the last case after your product order form have been submitted electronically to us we will send You the Invoice by email or post office (please specify need for paper format). All Invoices received from Clusterpoint should be processed by you for payment in two different ways:

If you want to pay off line using Wire Transfer - please contact us for instructions on Clusterpoint Customer Support.

If you want to pay off line using Credit Card - please fill in Product Order Form (.DOC or .RTF) and send it to Clusterpoint Customer Support email with your credit card data or call us on the phone number indicated in Contacts for instructions. Your card will be debited by our employees and you will be informed about acceptance of the payment.
In case of a wire transfer please send a copy of your payment order to Clusterpoint Ltd. email Clusterpoint Customer Support. Please use your Order Reference Number in all your payment documents as a reference number for more easy processing of your products orders in our company. This number will be assigned to you by Clusterpoint when your order is confirmed and You will be promptly informed about it in the Invoice received by email.
We will confirm your wire transfer payment order successful fulfillment in one working day after notification received from our bank. Notification will be sent by email.

Who Can Get Special Discounts

General policy of our company is to provide Clusterpoint Server database platform cluster-enabled technology licenses for non-profit organizations either for free use or for licensing with significant discounts.
