Clusterpoint Ltd. does not collect customer information without explicit agreement of our registered customers, in the minimum scope of information required by our customer registration rules.
Information submitted by our customers upon registration will be used solely for Clusterpoint own business purposes and will not be resold, lent, published or otherwise distributed to 3rd parties without our customer explicit consent.
Clusterpoint Ltd. tracks visitors on its Web sites only for gathering statistics about visitor interest about our products and software downloads, and this information, including IP addresses of end-users, will be used only by Clusterpoint, and never will be published.
Clusterpoint may distribute to email addresses of registered users Clusterpoint software updates and upcoming Clusterpoint events, information from selected our partner companies about complementary products to Clusterpoint software already used by our customers, licensing related information, price changes, or other important product or customer service information that may be relevant to our customers.
Clusterpoint will never intentionally pass any customer information to 3rd party, except to full-fill law-enforcement or court requests.
Customer information will not be used for unsolicited 3rd party advertisements, affiliated marketing and similar non-ethical use cases, that are against a good practice of business and goes contrary to our company customer service policy.
Customers who decide not to receive news and product updates from Clusterpoint, may un-subscribe and will be excluded from our customer mailing list.
