Instructions and licensing terms:

• Please note that we do not collect private and sensitive information and your Installation ID code will be used only for statistics gathering about our free version Clusterpoint software distribution;
• Clusterpoint Trial License File does not require to register customer name or email.  Yet you can register as user in Customer Registration Form if you wish to access our Developer's forum for discussions, receive information on your email about software updates etc.  It is also useful if you loose your Clusterpoint License File data and want to have a backup access to your customer account having this licensing information copy stored and accessible on our servers;
• E-mail address and password are optional fields, but in case you specify those fields, we will also send your License File copy to this address and include it in the license file as "licensed to";
• Please before requesting a trial License File for Clusterpoint DBMS Evaluation License read Clusterpoint License Agreement;
• If you agree to use Clusterpoint software by filling in and submitting this trial license registration form, we assume you have read and agreed to Clusterpoint License Agreement terms.
• To activate Clusterpoint DBMS software under the Evaluation License please copy of your received Clusterpoint Trial License File 'license.xml' as instructed into the /config directory of your database server computer created by the installation package.
• Clusterpoint DBMS Evaluation License will be valid for 30 days from moment of issue;
• Only one free trial trial License File is needed for one software installation, no need to obtain it for each cluster server;
• After 30-days trial period expires, you will have to register and get Clusterpoint DBMS Free Community License for use on a single server or purchase a commercial license covering all clustering functionality.  If you wish to receive permanent free or commercial Clusterpoint DBMS license (please see Licensing), then you have to register as our customer in Customer Registration form.  You can get the Clusterpoint DBMS software in our Web site section Download.
• A new Clusterpoint DBMS Trial License File will be available for download immediately after you submit this trial license registration form by clicking on the button below "Get a New Trial License File".

That is all: you can legally test run full-fledged Clusterpoint DBMS for 30-days.  Welcome to the Clusterpoint DBMS database world! 

Instructions and your service and data privacy terms:

• Please note that phone and Skype are optional fields; we encourage you to provide us additional contact options for better customer service, reporting email problems etc.;
• We will never use your contact data for unsolicited marketing, do not sell it for marketing and advertising purposes and we will delete your contact data from your account upon your request;
• If you are interested into Clusterpoint DBMS commercial licensing options, please indicate details of your interest into 'Notes' field (e.g. project scope, license type, number of servers, support needs etc.);
• For each registered customer we create a customer account with all Clusterpoint licenses issued (can serve as a backup storage for all your Clusterpoint license files);
• You will be able to change your submitted customer registration information later when managing your account;
• Registered Clusterpoint customers can obtain additional free Clusterpoint DBMS Evaluation licenses and the permanent Clusterpoint DBMS Free Community License for multiple projects directly from their account, where respective new Clusterpoint License Files will be saved and available for access in a password protected user account area; you can at any time log in into your customer account and download those license files or copy a license file from your registered email and paste into Clusterpoint Manager license registration form or simply store it in /config directory where your Clusterpoint DBMS software has been installed to legally license Clusterpoint DBMS software;
• After requesting of a new Clusterpoint DBMS Free Community License, which you can do working from your account, we will immediately send you the respective Clusterpoint free use License File with instructions how to install it;
• Please note that Clusterpoint DBMS commercial license orders at present are being received only over email and they require payment according to our instructions sent to you.  When payment is done, we will issue a new commercial Clusterpoint License File. We will send it to your registered email and save it also for future access and references under your registered Clusterpoint customer account.  You can send your commercial licensing inquiries to Clusterpoint Customer Support Email or as an alternative please simply indicate in free text format your project needs in the above registration form 'Notes' field.  We will contact you directly with commercial licensing options and promptly reply to all your questions;
• Please send us your requests about test-driving of Clusterpoint Server software for other operating systems: FreeBSD, MacOS and Windows.  Just send us an email on Clusterpoint Customer Support Email.
